Flaminia Rossi is a graphic designer, a bookbinder and a printmaker, who graduated from Camberwell College of Arts and has worked at Kingston School of Art, London Centre for Book Arts, frieze magazine and the Wyvern Bindery since. Her practice revolves around combining digital processes and artisanship to produce artist publications and other printed matter. Focusing on independent publishing and education, she explores typography and book design through collaboration and by running workshops based on playfulness with attention to craft. Her background in print production as well as in book making has led her to start the studio Design Print Bind with Sam Whetton, providing creative, technical and production services for independent publishers and artists.
